Southwest Airlines

The Southwest Airlines team asked us to create an experience that felt like Southwest Airlines, but also kept people engaging with the Southwest native application. The solve was to bring in the personality of Southwest Airlines into Apple Wallet, as well as into some well thought through screens among the already existing app. These screens would display relevant information the user would need to know about their flight destination, flight times, as well as shops and restaurants that would make flying Southwest better than ever.
