At VMware ( now VMware by Broadcom), I've led and helped grow our design team from a domestic team of five designers to an international team of 50+ designers, researchers, content strategists, and design operation strategists. We have grown our product suite from one iOS and Android application to overseeing the experience of our products across our whole organization. I have helped navigate two acquisitions and set up design teams from the ground up in multiple international locations. I am passionate about defining goals, outlining processes, innovating, and helping others reach their full potential.

Work with Product Managers and key stakeholders to define strategy and vision for our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) offering as well as our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) offering. Responsible for working with designers to execute on that strategy. (Helped grow team from 5 to 50+ members)

Visual and experience design lead for all producitvity apps within End User Computing. Working closely and collaboratively with design colleagues, engineers, and product teams to ensure the best experience is shipped to our users.
